What is a shopping cart?

It's the same basket you use at a regular store. You can use the ADD TO CART button to place any product you are interested in to buy, and remove it with the X button right of the product. The fact that you have placed a product in the basket does not mean that you have purchased it. You have to follow a small process until it becomes yours.

How to order

• From the products page, select the desired size of the product • Add the product to your Cart • Once you have finished shopping, click on Cart and Proceed to Checkout • Enter your shipping details • Select a payment method • Check that the information you entered is correct and click "Place Order".

After a few minutes you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. From this moment on our warehouse will take care of everything and as soon as the order ships we will notify you with another confirmation email.

How do I know that my order has been send successfully?

After completing the registration process and pressing PLACE ORDER, a message will appear informing you that the order has been completed. This message includes the order code, which for your own convenience it best to keep it.

My order is missing a product. What can I do?

At straightrazorway.com, we are particularly careful about your direct and correct service. If you still find an omission in your order, you have two options.
